Brackets, end plates and battery covers for vehicle bodies. The 250T 5-station robotic line at Seongseo Plant 1 runs from blank feeding to finished part discharge as one continuous process, keeping quality consistent regardless of operator.

Exhaust line covers and heat covers formed on the 400T press line at Seongju Plant 2. Washing, drying, inspection and packing are handled in the same plant, so parts ship as finished items.
Most are delivered with glass fiber insulation already bonded.
Glass fiber insulation is cut and bonded onto exhaust press parts and delivered as finished assemblies. Pressing and bonding happen in the same plant, reducing transfer and inventory burden between processes.
