Yes. We develop dies from design through build with a die maker we have worked with for years. Send drawings and expected volume and we will review the die specification and process layout. Once production starts, we manage the die ourselves.
Yes. We modify and repair existing dies, in house or jointly with our partner die maker depending on the scope, and we tell you what is feasible before you commit.
Yes. We hold a patent on press die setting structure (No. 10-1427991) and track die history by part number. First-article inspection after transfer is our responsibility.
Up to 6 mm. With 27 presses from 150T to 400T across two plants, work is allocated to the line that fits the part size and gauge. If your part falls outside this range, send the drawing anyway and we will review feasibility.
13 presses at Seongseo Plant 1 and 14 at Seongju Plant 2, 27 in total. Plant 1 runs a 150T~250T line including a 250T double press and a 250T 5-station robotic line; Plant 2 runs a 110T~400T line including a SIMPAC 400T press and a 250T double press. Capacity, maker and die height for every unit are published on our equipment page.
Yes. Seongju Plant 2 has its own 1,500L washer, so pressing, washing, drying, inspection and packing are completed in one plant. Lead times are shorter than outsourced washing and quality responsibility stays in one place.
Yes. We cut glass fiber insulation in house and bond it to exhaust press parts, delivering finished assemblies. Pressing and bonding happen in the same plant.
